Progress Picture Guide
Taking progress pictures is one of the most effective ways of keeping on top of your plan, and can provide much needed motivation (especially when the changes on the scales start to slow down).

You should take pictures before you begin the plan, and then every week until the end of the plan. Take these at the end of every week (Saturday or Sunday), ideally at around the same time of day. Have someone take these for you if possible, or use a camera stand.

Guidance Notes:
-
Use good lighting
-
Have the camera at head height
-
Avoid using the flash
-
Do not use filters
-
Clothes should fully but modestly show your physique
-
Gents: Wear shorts only; worn around the waistline
-
Ladies: Wear lower garments around the waistline, and upper garments should clearly show the shoulders, arms, back and midriff.
