Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for anyone who is looking to kick-start their fitness journey, or is in need of some new motivation to get back on track. We give you the tools to learn good habits, and make positive lifestyle changes that you can take with you after the challenge finishes.

Do I get a workout plan to follow?
Yes - you'll get a full workout plan with exercises, sets, reps and rest periods. We'll select exercises for you, but you can also change these by choosing alternatives from the drop-down menus. You'll also be given a target for cardio days, but you can do any sort of cardio you want - anything that gets the heart rate going.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?
No - we think the best diet is the one you can stick to. We'll provide you with tailored calorie and macro targets, and you will have the flexibility to choose your meals. This helps you learn what works for you, and you'll learn how to make simple food swaps to keep eating foods you enjoy. When you sign-up we'll give you access to a variety of documents with hints and tips on meal building - and you can ask your coach for help as well.

I
s this suitable for someone with dietary requirements?
Yes - we provide you with calorie and macro targets and allow you to eat flexibly within that. So you'll be able to cater for any dietary requirements or allergens.

What support do I get?

Each week you'll receive personalised feedback and advice on how you can stay on track and progress. This feedback is individual to you - it's not a generic, mass-email. You can also contact your coach at any point throughout the plan if you have questions or need some guidance.
You'll have the option to join the PEAK Online PT WhatsApp Group where yo
u can share progress, ask questions, and engage with other members. No pressure on this; you can let us know whether you want to join or not when you complete you onboarding questionnaire - entirely up to you. 

What kind of results can I expect?
Results will vary depending on your starting point and your level of commitment. Some clients lose as much as 25lbs. The average is around 10 - 15lbs. We're not selling a magic pill, and you won't look like Ronnie Coleman by the end, but you can achieve extremely impressive results if you commit yourself and stick to the plan. This is very much a kick-starter for what will hopefully be the beginning of a longer journey and a new love for fitness and wellness.

What happens after I sign up?
You'll receive a welcome email providing more information about the challenge. You'll also be asked to complete a short questionnaire and provide some pictures of your current physique (these will be one of the tools we use to measure your progress and show your transformation). You'll also receive your Personal Programme shortly before the challenge begins.

How do I take my progress pictures?

When do I need to register by?
You can sign-up any time before the challenge starts. Just be aware that we need to get you through your questionnaire and design your Personal Programme, so it would be helpful if you could sign-up a few days before at the latest.

When is the challenge winner announced?
We'll announce the winner a few days after the challenge has finished. Best of luck!

What happens after the challenge finishes?

You are free!
In all seriousness, it's entirely up to you. You can take what you've learned and go out on your own, or you can continue to work with us. When you've been on such an intense fat-loss programme (like this challenge), it's
extremely important that you exit your diet phase correctly so that you don't just pile all the weight back on and ruin all your good work. Depending on your result, we'll either recommend a continuation of fat loss (after a short break) or a progression to something called reverse dieting. We'll discuss this more towards the end of the challenge.
